I'm really weak when it comes to rock n' roll elements like patches, studs and buttons. I buy some everytime I come across some. I went bananas last time I was at Body Map in Oslo, and "the ultimate metal jacket" project began.
I actually started with this jacket in 2007. I got some help to sew on the big back patch, and the top four pathes on the arms. The rest I did myself, and I'm really happy with the result. IT IS the ultimate metal jakcet, and I can't wait to wear it when the weather allows it. I got several patches, studs and buttons left, and x numbers of jackets and waistcoats in need of some metal, but it's nice to have a long term DIY-project going on. Here's some pictures of my "ULTIMATE METAL JACKET":

wow, for en superfin og råstilig jakke :D elsker det du har fått til, awesome! Fikk veldig lyst til å gjøre noe slikt med en dongrijakke selv, men da hadde jeg tatt utgangspunkt i Queen.
