It's Clint Eastwood's 84th Birthday today, and I think he's the coolest and best actor I know of! :D And I'm so addicted to his movies right now! Love the cowboy ones, the action ones, and the funnier ones - hell, almost all of them! I think he's the badest man around (and I mean that in a good way ;) - the attitude, the look, the talking through his grinded theeth and cigar; you just gotta love it! Here's a list over movies I've seen so far, and are plannig to see, plus some (oaky, a lot of) pictures of the man with no name:

I discovered Fiona when we were listening to Winger on youtube, and the duet between Kip Winger and Fiona popped up. The song is called "Everything You Do (You're Sexing Me)", and the video is rather hot. I got Fiona's album "Heart Like A Gun" in the mail a little while ago, and I like the whole album. Here are some pictures, and the music video with Kip and her. I was invited to like the Holy Hell Designs page on Facebook, and I'm really glad I did! She makes awesome rock and metal stuff, and I've already purchased something twice! She makes rings, necklaces, earrings, hair clips and hair bows in different shapes and colors, and she make bags and tops of band t-shirts. She takes custom orders, but she makes and posts awesome stuff everyday. The accessories got pictures of rock/heavy/thrash/black metal - almost any band and rock star you want! And you can choose ring color and bow color, studs or no studs and so on. She ships from America, and I think she ships worldwide. Check out her facebook page >HERE< Here's what I've bought so far, and I've already started on a third order: So this is the final part of Into My Closet: Band T-Shirts, or so I thought... I took these pictures early fall last year, but since then I've gotten so many more, so I have to make an extra post later on. I still have to cut, add studs and take pictures of them, so it will be a little while till that extra post, but I have passed a 100 band t-shirts for sure! Call me crazy, but I love hard rock and heavy metal, and band t-shirts are important to me, my style and expression. So the more the merrier! :)
Well, here's part III, and outfit inspo: TJ and I went to Bergen to see Joe Lynn Turner live with the Norwegian band "Come Taste the Band" (a tribute band to Deep Pruple). It was an amazing show! Great set list, excellent performances and a super crowd! Joe Lynn Turner even sang a few lines to me and posed for a picture :) Unfortunately, we weren't in sync, so the picture turned out blurry. But I got some other great pictures. It's hard to believe that this man is 63 (!) years old. He looks good and sings like a god! Highligts of the show were "King of Dreams", "I Surrender", "Can't Happen Here", "Can't Let You Go", "Street of Dreams", and of course "Man on the Silver Mountain" which he dedicated to Ronnie James Dio and "Long Live Rock N' Roll" which was the last song on the set - perfect song to end a perfect night :) ![]() After the show I went to see the bass player from the band to ask if I could meet Joe Lynn Turner for one minute to take a picture. He said that he would see what he could do, and before I knew it, TJ and I were backstage taking pictures and shaking hands with JLT. Awesome ending to an awesome night! JLT - we love you! <3 |
