I feel like a lot these days, like wearing those shoes with yesterday's outfit. I love those chunky 70s disco heels! Can't wait to wear them with flared jeans, white lace and other metallic clothes this summer.
I felt like wearing that skirt with that tee, and what the heck, why not a hat too? A little 80s, and I like it! :)
Here's Saturday's outfit: One of my favorite albums is Theatre of Pain with Mötley Crüe. I love the rough and gritty rock n' roll sound, and the songs are great. My fav song is "Fight for Your Rights". I couldn't find it on youtube, but I did find the two most known songs from the album: "Home Sweet Home" and "Smokin' in the Boys Room". As far as I've read and learned, this is the album that the band dislikes the most, exept from "Generation Swine". I really like this album, and think it's great rock n' roll music, and I think the album should have been spoken more well of. Anyway, here's some pictures and a couple og music videos. They style they were going for is not my favorite, but it works. It's Mötley! Check it out: Tracklist: 1. City Boy Blues 2. Smokin' In The Boys Room 3. Louder Than Hell 4. Keep Your Eye On The Money 5. Home Sweet Home 6. Tonight (We Need A Lover) 7. Use It Or Lose It 8. Save Our Souls 9. Raise Your Hands To Rock 10. Fight For Your Rights Have you ever heard any of these songs?
I got my Mötley Crüe sweater and t-shirt in the mail this week, and they both fit. Phew! I just had to wear the sweater right away. Love it! <3 It's so me! I think it's about time for some more Marita's Metal Mania soon too. Next up: Mötley Crüe - Theatre of Pain, my fav album!
Here's Friday's outfit: Yesterday's outfit was rather simple, but I like it :) It was windy when TJ took the pictures, so the first one is a little "Carola" ha, ha :p
We've just seen Charlie's Angels. Gotta love that movie! It's great with some silly and fun girl power :) I gotta work tomorrow. Sucks! Me want weekend! My shoulders and neck is killing me. Folding clothes all day ain't for everybody :p Lookin' forward to pizza and some more girl power, Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle, tomorrow. I think I will have a blog break until monday too. Maybe I'll drop by and post an outfit, but that's about it. Btw, is there anything you want me to write about, something you miss here on the blog? I'm not very personal am I? And I post a lot of fashion, my kinda fashion... So leave me a comment if you want something more! :) Here's yesterday's outfit: I love my new shoes from Jeffrey Campbell. They are so comfy, and they make an outfit chic.
I don't have much to share as usual. All I can say is that I'm so sick of people that make your day sour, suck you dry and leave you without any energy. Blah, let's remove those low lives from the face of the earth. Here's Wednesday's outfit: I'm going shopping next weekend. Bik Bok, Gina Tricot, H&M, Glitter and so on. But I'm not gonna go bananas, I've made a list of things I should look for, and I will try to stick to it. Here's what's on it: - A black tailored blazer. All I got is loose fit blazers, and that doesn't go with everything. - A sequin clutch. I think H&M got a nice one... - Steve Harris pants. For you who doesn't know what that is, it's black and white striped pants. - A galaxy printed top. I just gotta have it! So cool and Star Wars-ish :) - A cool leopard top. Nuff said! - A long skull necklace and big skull earrings. I just don't have that in my jewellery collection. Shame, shame! - Converse with studs. Nuff said again. My old Converse is more that seven years and is hanging by a thin thread. - Rockish stuff. As long as it got studs, leather, skulls and other cool elements; Bring it on! ;) Yup, that's about it! Anything you wanna add? ;)
As I mentioned a few days ago, I was going to update my sales blog, and now it's up and running. I've made a new one (yeah, I know...) so here's the new link: www.maritasinsalgsblogg.weebly.com. I hope you find something you like :)
Tomorrow I'm going to cut my hair. Not much, just the split ends. I'm so not getting a long bob! Mesa likes her hair loooong! :) Anyway, here's yesterday's outfit: I've read about this product on a couple of blogs, and I decided to order and try it for myself. It's a hairbrush, and it's supposed to be easy on the hair and not damage it. You can use it in both wet and dry hair, and in the shower to even to conditioner out in your hair. It looks cool too. I hope it's good, cuz I'm a sucker for my long locks, and I want them to stay fresh and tangle free :) I'll tell you how it goes! Here's a picture of the handy little thing:
