I've tried to contol my urges to get a totally new wardrobe based on the gothic style and Victorian era, but a few pieces have made their way into my home and closet. I'm very hung up on the movie Crimson Peak. I've seen it once, and I know I'll watch it again. And again. And again. I love Tom Hiddleston, he's perfect in every way, and as Sir Thomas Sharpe... Ughhh, sooo hot! I love the look and feel of the movie, all the pretty gothic stuff is just my style. So of course a couple of steampunk inspired sunglasses had to find their way home to me. I look like lady of the flies, but oh well.  Got these books for Christmas. I haven't read any of them yet, but I'm gonna start reading "Horns" next week. I also got that cute skull bookmark. Eerie books need an eerie bookmark you know. I can't wait to discover more of the word behind the movie "Crimson Peak". The movie had so many beautiful and macabre details. "Once Upon A Zombie" ought to be good. Gotta love a little zombie touch on a classic fairy tale :) I only know about Edgar Allen Poe's poem "The Raven", and I like that, so I can't wait to read more of his works.  |
