Baby it is cold outside! 01/02/2010
Damn it's cold outside! I've been freezing today, and feelin' rather crappy due to not much sleep and relaxation. It's gettin' better though. I've been to work today, and watching some Seinfeld and Mad About You, and some other stuff. TJ's working on a new song (actually it's an old song, but who cares?) Any way... I don't have anything special to say, so I'll stop and upload some winter pictures taken today. Take care! *Rock On* Add Comment This is how it is going to be. 01/01/2010
Since this is my blog, I'll do whatever I want. Like it or not. I'm not going to take pictures of everything I eat or everything I buy or drag someone or something down. I rather curse and hate in my head. But what I am going to do is to write about my day if something worth mentoning happens, post pictures of my outfits, write about music I like, fashion I love and movies I see and so on. I'll also update you how the albums are coming along, and other exiting things happening to the band. I hope you drop by and read sometimes :) *Rock On* Skull Ballerina How Grimskull was born... 01/01/2010
I just wanted to tell you guys how Grimskull came to life... It was in July 2009, when TJ and I was in Sweden. We had a long talk about stuff, and we thought about starting a band. It all happened so fast. We want to a cafeteria and sat down talking about names and styles, and I came up with the name Grimskull which I'd used in a Gitar Hero game. Then we started to draw some skulls, and you can see one of the final sketches in the skull gallery. I bought my bass, Cort Evil, in Malmö, and TJ bought a new amp, so now there was no turning back. When we came home we talked to TJ's brother, and he joind the band to play the drums. We were now a power trio called Grimskull. Then the songs came rolling in, only two weeks after the band formation. We were exploding! I was finally in a band and TJ and Geir was finally in the band. And six months after Grimskull's birth, our first album Grimskull was locked and loaded, and ready to go. Now that's what I would like to call efficiency! So it's been a good year for us, and we will keep it up in 2010, kickin' some metal butts! ;) *Rock On* Going bass-shopping! :) Happy New Year! 01/01/2010
Happy New Year everyone! This is the year it's all going to happen... We've planned to release two albums this year, and we hope you'll enjoy em' and come to our shows. We're exploding with creativity, and got plenty of riffs and heavyness to put on the albums, and I can't wit till we get started. PS! You can now download us on itunes. *Rock On* |
